FRIDAY, 18TH NOVEMBER, WAS THE DEADLINE FOR CREDENTIALS APPLICATIONS
Media access to the Press Centre, or to any other place where Summit events open
to press coverage are to be held, shall be limited exclusively to duly
accredited journalists. They must have their official credentials with
them at all times, as well as their personal identification, and, when
appropriate, their pool card. Credentials may be requested by using the
form on this website, or by following the instructions on the attached
memorandum.
Euro-Mediterranean Summit credential holders also have the right to receive
credentials granting access to events organised by
www.barcelona10.org
To pick up their credentials, journalists must present a passport or national ID
card, and the original copy of a letter from the media outlet
on behalf of which the accreditation has been requested, which shall include
specific mention of the journalist’s name and ID. Credentials may be picked up
at the places and times listed below.
1. Directorate-General for International Information (Subdirectorate-General
for International Information, Moncloa Complex, Madrid), 22-23 November, at the
following times:
22 November: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
23 November: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
2. The Accreditation Office, located on the first floor of the
Auditorium of the Barcelona International Convention Centre (c/ Taulat, across
from Plaza de Levante), from 25 – 28 November at the following times:
25th, 12 noon – 8 p.m.
26th, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
27th, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
28th, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
